Black-Owned Beauty & Cosmetics Brands

I find that often cosmetics companies forget that there are more than 10 shades of skin tones. I feel like they don’t understand women of color. How can you have a foundation range with 20 shades of porcelain but only three for people of color. That is not acceptable.  If small businesses can do it, any big ones can do it do. The beauty industry makes billions per year and more than half of it are made by women of colors. Those companies don’t see how much money they are losing.

So I think that it’s important to support Black-owned companies more than ever.

So I have compiled a list of Black-owned cosmetics companies.
If you know more  brands please add them in the comments below so others can enjoy them.
